“When’s the best time to check your boobs?” we hear you cry. Well, in short, any time is good for Boob Time. To keep it simple, we’re going to remind you to do it in the shower. No more excuses, you’re already starkers and your boobs need some attention.
What do you think about in the shower? the night before? What you’re going to have for breakfast perhaps? Brownie points if you said boobs. Giving them the once over whilst you’re in the shower makes it part of your routine and will get you knowing them like the back of your hand. How else will you spot if something’s not quite right?
